Raining :(

It's been raining all day so the only way I can work out today is an exercive DVD, which I really don't want to do. Any chance playing Wii Tennis (just regular, not Wii fit or active) would burn a decent amount, like if I bounce around and stuff while playing?

It stopped here. I wanted to ride my bike so I got my shoes and stuff on and darn if it didn't start pouring right when I was ready to go. Checked the local doppler and it looks like it might clear later so I guess I will wait. Indiana weather.

Try the boxing & do a set of jumping jacks between each round. :flowerforyou:

    Go to this website:

    http://www.sparkpeople.com/resource/calories_burned.asp

You enter your weight and the exercise and it will give you a figure. It has Wii fit, beginner and advanced. I don't know if it has Wii Tennis.

Here is a website for the Wii Fit that may work.

    Hope this helps!

will you melt in the rain?

    NO

rain is not an excuse unless an excuse is what you want

what's wrong with going out in the rain?

    it can be fun

Not everyone likes being outside in the rain, that doesn't make it wrong to not like it. And it's only an excuse if you say I can't work out at all because of the rain, but I still worked out, just indoors.

Well wouldn't you know, the ONE damn time I wanted to use the WII (we've had it for like a year and I've only used it once) my boyfriend left the controllers at his parents house. Bah, so I had to do the workout video afterall:grumble:

No I won't melt but I will probably fall on my butt:laugh: We got A LOT of rain today and I don't think I want to try to maneuver traffic and the flooded streets thank you very much.

Tomorrow will be nice so I will just ride twice as far as I was gonna today, like a new goal or something.
