I weighed 325lbs at my heaviest recorded weight (probably more at some point).

A friend told me once: "YOU are beautiful no matter what. The working out is just the icing on the already stunning cake." I encourage every single one of you to adapting this mindset. Staying positive, accepting yourself for who you are and what you look lead to success. Hard work and determination pay off. I, even at my heaviest, did P90X, ran, biked, and lifted heavy. I pushed my body beyond its limits at times, suffered a nearly broken ankle, but I never gave up. So don't ever give up.

BE INSPIRED. LOVE YOURSELF. CHANGE YOUR LIFE. YOU MATTER. YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL.
