doing 30 day shread twice a day?

ok so it might be painful but i feel ok after the 1st workout, if i did it twice a day would i see results twice as fast or am i wasting time that i could be doing something else...........like more cardio? no point pushing myself if its not going to speed up results

    You will get bored doing the same workout twice a day. I get bored doing the same workout twice a week. If you are looking for more exercise, I always recommend pilates to everyone. It really transformed my body, and all you need are a few dvds and a mat.

    I was thinking about doing it twice a day too - not for twice as fast results, just for the workout. But I add cardio and strength after that. I walked two miles today and then some upper/lower body strength training!
