I've been on a quest to be healthy since last year April. I hit my goal weight back in November and with the help of this site and the support of my family off line and friends on here, i have been able to stay at my goal weight and hit my new fitness goals.
I'm a data kinda guy so tonight i was checking my runkeeper account and i found this:
Never in my life did i think i could do that in 13 months. Wow.
