Anyone trying to get rid of 150+ pounds?

Hi all! I'm on the starting point of a very long and hard road- I am 310! I could really use some friends and information about all
things we the truly big one need to know- especially sagging skin and such! So, please point me in some directions and please add me if you are trying to do the same thing!

My ultimate goal is to lose 145 pounds, so i think that we could make a good pair and motivate each other!0

My initial goal is to lose around 100, but once I reach there I will be reassessing and definitely going further. I'm just trying not to overwhelm myself and lose momentum or give up because I have so far to go. Step goals!0

I started at 365. Then I dropped 32 pounds, gained some back, lost it again, gained it back...etc... I put a lot of pressure on myself. Just go slow and steady and you will be fine. Also, I have broken it up into small goals. My first goal is 65 pounds off. Once I get below 300, I will concentrate on the next 60 pounds. I think small goals are best and keeps you motivated.0
