Hi Guys
Just wanted people opinions on the following
I normally do a street run twice a week after I get home from work usually lasts 25-30 minutes run for 5-6km of flat and hills.
I am now looking at changing this to do the cycle/rpm class at fitness first twice a week usually goes for an hour with 45 minutes of intense cycling 15 minutes of warm up cool down.
If i did cycle for a few months how much do you reckon it would change my fitness towards running those 5-6kms when I decided to do the street run again do you think it would improve it, stay the same or I would struggle with it because I haven't done it for so long?
Thoughts?

I'm a spin instructor and lately I have had a lot of classes and not enough time to run. I ran today for the first time in a week and, despite spinning for the last 5 days (totalling an hour each), I lost a few minutes off my last 5K time today. It could have been time of day, I typically run in the mornings!0
