Night Workouts: How do you MOTIVATE yourself?

    I have the same problem. I did have a friend who was going to the gym with me so that got me up and going, but she hasn't been going lately.
  • I don't like working out after work but I will have to today. I just had a cup of coffee and I will change just as soon as I get home...no stalling. I love PJ's and I love talking to my son about his day...but weights first today. Hope your workout evening is great !

    My girls have after school activities so since I'm already out and about I just take myself to the gym. Actually my one daughter has swimming lessons Thursday nights at the YMCA so since I have to stay here anyway I might as well use that time wisely and work out lol

    I have pictures of me when I was skinny posted all over my house. I go home, make dinner & eat, watch ONE hour of tv and relax with my dogs and then workout. I set a timer/reminder so that i workout at 8pm every night! And walking past all of those pictures gives me tons of motivation!
