    Thanks everyone! It was a week ago yesterday that I started this diet. I know that some of the things I am eating are probably not right but I am NOT a fish person and do not like a whole lot of greens. Sticking to the 1200 calories (with the exception of Panda Express a BIG NO NO) I think I am doing pretty good if you knew what I ate before.
