The body is tricky, I had that same problem. 2 things first you are not eating enough please eat lots!!!!!!!! of green veggies. Second you are gaining muscle weight. Not eating enough and working out builds muscle. But please dont give up u can do it.0

Reduce your weight loss to a half pound per week so you're eating more calories. I started to lose about a pound per week after I did that ... I don't know how long it will keep up but it will be a month on Monday.
week 8: 141
week 9: 141
week 10: 141 (bumped up calories this week)
week 11: 140
week 12: 139
week 13: 1380 -
Hey ... first DO NOT give up!! PLEASE. You are integrating toning with cardio .. so you are, by all accounts, REPLACING fat with muscle, which you know ... weighs more than fat.
Here is what i did when that was my apparent problem .. there will be many out here who disagree with my method .. but this works for ME!
I do not do weights and toning ... I do straight cardio 6-7 days a week ... about 30 - 40 minutes each session. My Mom was having the same problem .. i told her to stop the strength toning .. FOR NOW ..
Try it for 2 weeks. JUST CARDIO. It may not work for you ... but it may. Sounds like you would be willing to try something a little "not by the book" ...
That is what has happened to be in the past, and that is why I am only doing cardio for now, I put on muscle like crazy. I am losing with the cardio only plan, works for me!0
