Introducing myself

Hi all, I'm Emma, I found the myfitnesspal app on my iphone this morning and thought i'd give it a go. First of all I put in to lose 2lb a week and after adding my meals for they realised I wouldn't be happy on 1250 cals a day so I changed it to 1lb a week and got a big smile on my face when it gave me an extra 500 cals PHEW.
Went on my elliptical cross trainer for 10 mins this morning which gave me an extra 136 cals.
Good luck everyone and me as I need it!
