Afternoon MFP community,
28 year old fella, fairly active, but looking to bin off the crap I eat (Crisps, Sweets, Biscuits), I work as a recruiter and long hours get me reaching for these...
Looking to add some friends to help support me along the way.
let me know if you think you can help me take on my challenge!!
Cheers
Tim

Hi Tim
Welcome to MFP. The good thing about keeping a food diary such as MFP is that it adds a certain level of accountability. Also the friends that you make here will also encourage you towards your goals.
In my experience, food was the major factor in achieveing my weight loss goals so youre starting from the right place. What is your current weight and what weight are you wanting to achieve?
Eric

Hi! What I did was take two weeks where I ate NO sugars (crap or otherwise). It was challenging for the first few days, but it helps with the craving part. That was 12 years ago, and I don't eat cookies, sweets, etc. And haven't all these years. And I don't want them.0
