Beachbody Insanity - Calories burnt???

Hello All,

Just a quick one. I have just invested in the beachbody insanity DVDS but I'm not sure what to log it as, and I can't see anything in the database.

Does anyone know roughly how many calories you burn?

I dont have a HRM to help me.

Rough ideas would be helpful.

    Congrats on buying Insanity u are gonna love it!! On the calorie burn...everyone burns differently. I've seen burns as low as 200 and as high as 1000. I have a HRM and burn about 300 per workout. I just create my own exercise in the database for each workout. Good luck!!!
