TDEE and BMI help!

An someone help me out with what my TDEE and BMI are. I'm stuck. MFP says I need to eat 1310 calories a day and I burn around 350-500 at times more a day and I usually eat at least 1/2 back if not all back. I try and keep my net at 1310 but the scale isn't moving. Can someone help me out with my TDEE and BMI.

F 33 yo
5'6
192lbs
Goal weight 150 (for now)

I was eating 1680 plus exercise at that weight. Are u set to lose 1 pound per? Up your cals and see if it helps. We are same height and close in age and I lost almost 3 lbs per week in the beginning eating those cals0
