So i'm thinking of starting strength training and would love any tips and techniques or any beginner programs and suggestions strength trainers might have thanks in advance.

The New Rules of Lifting for Women. An excellent book, and designed for anyone from beginner to advanced, as you do the weights appropriate for you. He does a great job at explaining each of the exercises so it's great for beginners too.0
