Wow! After 12 weeks!

I'm down 29 pounds and 19.5 overall inches! I'm headed to the beach tomorrow and met my beach goal a week early! This has been such a blessing in my life!! I love this site! Please believe me when I say that this has been the easiest thing I have ever done pertaining to dieting! I appreciate all those stories and encouraging words. I'm going all the way BABY!! Prayer changes things! I found this site looking for how many calories was in an item I had eaten that day. :laugh:
