Cookies actually lasted over a week in my cabinet!

That never happens! Cookies don't usually last a day around me!
I am amazed I was able to only eat one or two at a time and not the whole box in one sitting! I hid them in a cabinet I usually don't go into, so I didn't see them and have to avoid them all the time. Once, I even forgot they were there, and THAT really never happens!
I just wanted to give myself a little pat on the back for setting a new cookie record for myself. :flowerforyou:

Haha, good for you! That's certainly a handy skill to develop0 -
I was eating pizza today and normally I would eat like 4 slices, but I only ate 2 small pieces and put the other 2 pieces away! Woohoo for willpower! Feels good!0

That's definitely a step toward the right mind set!
Good for you!

That's called *ENJOYING* food. Great job! We all need to learn how to really relish and enjoy foods in the proper portion... rather than scarfing down 10x what we need. Go you! :smooched:0

My husband still likes to eat his sweets so he buys them and puts them in the cubboard. I'm pretty good about not eating them any more however....
I noticed that the sweets stay in the cubboad ALOT longer than they did when I wasn't eating healthy and ate whatever I wanted. It was a sad day when I realized that *I* was the one who was eating all the cookies - not the hubby or the kids! It was so easy to blame them....lol0
