Belly Fat

I am looking for any tips or advice on how to lose my belly fat. I have been losing weight (32 pounds so far) every where else but it seems like my belly isn't going anywhere.
Any suggestions are appreciated.

    Just keep doing what you're doing to lose fat. You can't spot reduce unfortunately, meaning that you can't target fat loss. No doubt someone will come along to recommend some great ab exercises, which will help to build the muscle underneath, but there's nothing you can do to make the fat disappear from one particular area (apart from surgery!) Lots of people find that the belly is the last place they lose. You've just got to keep at it.

    If you think bloating is an issue, you could look into whether or not you have any food intolerances, such as gluten or dairy. You might also want to look into lifting heavy weights, if you don't already. That would help you to drop fat overall, but again, it will come off where it wants to.

    Thank you. I was kind of guessing that it would be the last to go. Really annoying but I will NOT give up. Eventually it will start to go.
