need some help here

So since January i have lost 25lbs, my 1st goal is 200, i am at 205 right now. I would love to see 195, and don't think 190 is doable for me. So lets stay with 200 for now. I was at the gym lifting and running 5 days a week, now the past 2 weeks i really don't want to go as much anymore, it's almost like i hit a wall, and i am ok at 205. I still run about 3 times a week maybe get to the gym about 2 times a week with a boot camp class tossed in the mix, so it's not like i just stopped. To me it almost feels like i just stopped.
I need to get that motivation back again. Any ideas?
