Meal Replacement for Women

I graduated college 2 years ago but I still have the bad habit of waking up RIGHT before I go to work... so that means no breakfast. I work 2 jobs so it's hard to eat healthy all the time.

I'm currently using Andrew Lessman's Secure meal replacement, but I feel like 7g of sugar is a lot? Feel free to look up the nutritional info for "Andrew Lessman's Secure Vanilla Meal Replacement"... I usually mix it in with milk. I had used this a year and a half ago, but drank the replacement 2-3 times a day and ate only once. Not healthy! I lost the weight but I was so... "loose skinned" ... EW!

My ultimate goal is to lose weight to lessen the severity of my PCOS. Can anyone please recommend any meal replacements suitable for my condition?

Thank you!

I've recently read about ideal shape. I hear it is the best mrs on the market. Who knows? I'm going to give it a try.
