Hello MFP'ers,
I am new to this site. I found the app for my phone and I love it. I like how I can scan bar codes and have it add my foods. I need all the help I can get and the app helps.

Anyways, I just 40 and I realize I need to loose A LOT of weight. I started off at 425 around May of last year. I got down to 345 but then the holidays came around and I lost all motivation. I am now back up to around 375. I need all the motivation I can get. I am hoping I have found the right site to get the motivation I need.
