I made time for me

Today for the first time in months I was able to find time to do my own workout. I am a group fitness instructor and it's just not the same intensity when your teaching a class. One of my goals is to run 3 to 4 times a week for no less than 30 minutes but with family and work and teaching I was really struggling to fit it in but today I did it. I ran for 45 minutes and it felt great! :happy:
