Hello,
As I've found myself in the cupboard at 11pm again eating breads I've decided this might be an appropriate place to spend some time. I'm already fairly active and successfully lost 10 pounds and built a good exercise regimen so far this year however... I'm enjoying a great relationship where we love to cook together and go out to eat and my pants are getting tighter again >.< I'm seeking some positive affirmations and group support through this site as my major obstacle in my diet is bad willpower, which leads to late night pigging out. I hope that I can return the help and support I know I will find here. Thanks, nice to join in your community.
