Ditching refined sugar - anyone want to join?

So effective today I am attempting to (mostly) ditch refined sugar. I have a horrendous sweet tooth, and when I gain back weight it is always because I have succumbed to sugar, I just can't seem to control myself at all once I have some it all goes very badly wrong!! :sick:

So, I am ditching:
cake
chocolate
bisuits
sweets/ candy

I have decided to allow myself one low-fat treat type thing per day just so I don't go completely off my rocker.

Anyone want to give this a go with me??

  • Oh yeah, I definitely am joining you in this. I have the biggest sweet tooth ever - desserts are my absolute favourite.
    My sister and I pretty much follow the same food intake, except my diet is supplemented with sweets and cookies and I realized that THAT must be why she lost so much weight and I haven't.

    I do think its really addictive, the minute I have any at all I just want more and more!! When are you starting? I'm about to go to bed (I'm in the UK so its 1030pm), so I've managed day one - hopefully that's the hardest, right?!!?
