Is drinking this while trying to loose belly fat bad?

In my opinion it is bad because I don't consider sugar free coffee creamer to be real food, it is more of an industrial food-like product. However, my own prejudices aside, there is no magic food or exercise that targets belly fat.0

The reason I am always way over on my sugar intake is because of my coffee creamer. I buy mine from Trader Joe's because most others have the partially hydrogenated oils that are also really bad for you. And I also avoid using artificial sweeteners, so I won't use the sugar free variety. I got myself off of soda by switching to Sobe 0 Calorie Life Water (sweetened with stevia, which is natural). My next step is to battle my coffee creamer. It is also a huge hit to my daily calorie intake. I just saw a homemade version on ehow that I am going to try. It is low cal, low fat, low sugar. Hopefully, it's a good replacement.0
