One goal down, more to go

The reason I started on MFP was I was told to by the fitness folks where I work (military). I now enjoy it and am on here all the time. In Novemeber I was 243 and 27% body fat. (I am supposed to weigh 184 or be at 26%> bodyfat) I stated a regular workout routine someof it mandatory) and started eating better. It was late January when I was turned on to MFP. The rate of changes drastically incresed.
As of today my official weight is 209 (I thought it was closer to 206) and 24% bodyfat. At the end of OCT when I did out fitness test I 50 someting push ups. Today I did 65. The 2.5 mile walk was over 31 minutes today it was 26.54.
I am so excited. Now on to the next goal of getting body weight to 190.
