So I am back again- last yr from jan 14- july I lost 40 pounds. Then my marriage started going downward.
I put on all 40 pounds plus a few more. Now im separated and ready to get myself in shape! I need to do this for myself and for my son.
So im going to need some encouraging friends. ;)
