Am i light active, or moderately?

Monday 30mins jogging and 1hour walking
Tuesday 40mins jogging
wednesday 30mins jog
thursday maybe like insanity or zumba
friday nothing
saturday 40-60min jog
sunday either nothing or 30 mins walk
I have a desk job apart from that so...
5 days working out usually?
I usually calculate my tdee as bmr x 1.45 which is like in between lightly and moderately active i think.
What do you guys think??

If you have a desk job then set your activity level to sedentary since you sit all day. Once you exercise you should track that and add in the calories for the day to increase your calories.
If you set to moderately active then you shouldn't track your exercise.
