Food for today :

honey nut cheerios with a banana

chicken breast grilled
broccoli steamed
kashi morocan rice with lentils

3 liters of water

banana

natures promise granola honey nut bar with cranberries

is that enough to give me energy for 6pm?

i never run at night.

    I just ran my first 5K at 6:30 at night. I ended up eating at like 4:15 and then waited until after the race. It looks really good what you have listed. Do you use gels? I have read some about those and giving you the umph to finish. Best of luck! I would love to hear how you do as I am considering running one in August!

    i have never used the gels, but i may pack one with me for mile 3 or 3.5 -- i find that i struggle then...
    after this is my 1/2 marathon...
    then january marathon....
