I went to the doc today n found I lost 11 more pounds. Awesome!!! SO altogether I lost 16 pounds since I have been on here. And I am having a great start to my loss, just hope not to plateau too bad like I did the last time. But hell yeah!!! I could scream I am so happy my hard work n determination are FINALLY paying off.
