Slightly unpleasant question

If I'm sick mid way through the day how do I account for it in my calorie tracking? Do I not count my last meal or only count a % of it?

Bump. I have wondered about this too- to clarify, sometimes I feel like I'm going to be sick when I run really hard!0

Honestly, I wouldn't change my log. You could try to guesstimate how much food came back up and deduct that, but ewwww!!0

I would count all of it. You start absorbing food really quickly, and there's no way to tell how many calories you got from it. Personally if I'm sick, I'm not going to worry about logging that day anyway... it's more important to take care of yourself.0

I say focus on getting food into your body so it has strength to get better.
Don't sweat the calorie count, tomarrow is another day......... Hope you feel better soon..0 -
If it were me. I would count the whole meal. There is really no way of telling how many of the calories you took in before throwing up.0

If you are ill don't log and just look after yourself. A day off isn't going to make a massive difference in the long run.0
