Zukinni Squash and eggs

As I was sitting in the kitchen eating my Smartone Frozen Meal I thought of the idea of a Zukinni and Egg white recipie. How do you guys think those would go together? Maybe throw in some herbs and a little cheese.

    Zucchini and egg whites are pretty mild flavors. I think you'd definitely need the herbs and/or cheese to make it interesting. Are you talking about just like an omelet? It would be good. :)

    I saute zuchinni all the time and add it to omelettes or frittatas. It's especially delicious if it's also paired with onions and peppers.

    I make scrambled eggs with zucchini and onions all the time. Really good!

    Trust me, it's a great combo...grew up in an Italian household and we enjoyed that many times, of course, complete with the crusty bread we used to make a sandwich with it....

    I eat zucchini in my scrambled eggs all the time. There is a frittata recipe out there with zucchini and swiss cheese that looks pretty good too.
