New, Need Guidance & Motivation

I am out of shape and sick of it. I have no self-motivation to speak of and therefore need a comprehensive but basic plan for exercise. I am on a tight budget and therefore have no money to spend on games or gadgets or memberships. My apartment does have a very small gym with a treadmill and a few free weights but not much else. Does anyone have a good plan I can follow?

I am sorry you are feeling like that, but there are things you could do without joining a gym. Jump rope will be a great one for cardio, also you can get an excersice ball at Target for $14.00 and do a series of moves at your own house. You can go walking also and the list goes on. I know it is hard but this site has a lot of great peopl eto motivate you.0

My advise would be to start of slowly and build it up,,, use your treadmill,,, i downloaded the Couch 2 5 K to get me started and couldn't believe how quickly i built up my strength and distance!!! Use your weight also,, they are a valuable tool in weight loss!! You tube has some great workouts that will help you get started,, use the tools that you have already!! Good luck!! xx0
