I keep seeing ppl with the computerized image of what it would look like at their goal weight. Would like to do this, is there free sites out there and where? Thank you!!!

And I got mine here... http://api.modelmydiet.com/women
Edit to add http://api.modelmydiet.com/men for you Aaron!
I like the ones at modelmydiet the best. You can change them up several ways to make them look a lot like you.0 -

Okay, so I visited the page that SteffieMark suggested and created my virtual before-and-after models. Well, the 203-lb. model looked exactly the same as the 180-lb. model. So, according to the model, I'll look exactly the same at my goal weight as I do today.
Boy, that sure was encouraging. :grumble:0 -

Hahaha
Mine look totally different. Must be a guy thing!
Edit: I just went there and made you...errr I mean a man at 203 and at 180. I wasn't sure how tall so I made him 5' 11". I saw a difference, not a huge one because there isn't that much of a weight difference on that height but, I saw a pretty good difference.0 -
What does Bump mean.
If you comment on something it puts the topic back to the top. So we say bump, like bump it back up to the top of the list.0 -

I had the same thing. I made me a little more narrow but that's it. I went from 164 to 135 and not much difference. My gym use to use one and it was dramatic, wish I knew that one. Don't be discouraged, you would def look a lot different and be a lot healthier.0 -
That's really neat! Except my simulated before and after pics looked almost identical; it was a 20 lb difference. so maybe if the difference were more than 20 lbs, it would be more noticeable. It was fun to do anyhow!0
