Hoping For The Best

Hi All –
I’ll be 50 in two more years and need to lose about 120 pounds to be on the high side of what is considered a "normal weight". I’ve always been able to carry my weight in the past and do things without a problem, but now it’s catching up to me. Sore knees, sore back, out of breath too easily. I need to get this done.

Don't hope, just do it. I can tell you that age is just a number (we're the same age) and if you pursue fitness, you can play with the youngin's! I'm in better shape and health than a lot of 20 year old's of today.
