    Mystic Mango Synergy Kombucha- love this stuff! I feel so energized after I drink it but not in the jittery/crack way that I get after drinking coffee lol.

    I went to a luncheon at the Culinary Cafe and I ate half of a Praline Brownie served with a homemade butter pecan ice cream drizzled with caramel sauce. Don't judge I am leaving for a two hour stay at the gym now. lol
