Water weight... HELP!

So i normally drink about 6 cups of water a day. 8 is just to much for me. Well yesterday for the first time ever, I drank 10 cups. I had also weighed myself yesterday, and i did not go over my calorie goal, and i exercised. Low and behold today I woke up to my stomach looking bloated as ever and feeling HUGE. I know water weight is not a bad thing so please dont tell me that. its still a bummer seeing the scale go up. All im interested in knowing is when this will go away, and if the bloat will dissapear ands my stomach will go back to normal. If not, im never drinking 10 cups of water in one day. Help :(
