I have recently discovered avocado. I was wondering what everyone thinks about replacing mayo with avocado? I know both are full of fat, but isn't avocado good fats? I like it because it has the mouth feel of mayo and it just is plain yummy!

I'm all about the avocado - one lasts me at least a few days (depending how well I try and preserve it!). It also is all natural, no preservatives or processing like mayo. May as well eat what nature gives us if we like it, right? :)
