Ok so I keep seeing everyone say if you eat more calories you will lose more weight. Right now MFP has me at 1360 calories a day and I usually get close to that. This is my second time on the 30 Day Shred and I do HIIT training also. I eat back most of my exercise calories. I have tried not to cut out food from my life just eat it in moderation because I feel that avoiding foods may cause a binge.
So I guess the question is should I eat more calories? I am currently losing about a pound a week.

My opinion is that a lb a week is good. You are going to get SO many different answers. If you are happy with 1 lb a week then keep doing what you are doing.0

If you're on such a low net, I would say try to eat back all of those exercise calories. Doing so tends to work in your benefit by giving your body more fuel and allowing it to work more efficiently. Everyone's body differs, so you may have to experiment and see what works best for you personally.0
