Hello!
I am looking for some advice on my dieting, because lately it has been a struggle. I am currently doing 20- 35 mins of cardio (20 minutes on the elliptical and a 5-10 minute run on the treadmill) everyday, as well as some strength training ( 5 or 6 days a week). My caloric intake is about 1300 calories (Eating mostly bagels w/ PB, oatmeal, veggies, egg whites, soup and cottage cheese). This has allowed me to lose about ten pounds. However, now that I am only 5 pounds from my goal, things are getting pretty tough. When I first starting eating better, drinking atleast 8 cups of water and exercising I felt amazing! But lately I have been just as worn out, tired and headache bound as before. Also I find if I eat ANYTHING over 1300 calories I gain weight .
Am I doing something wrong?
Appropriate amount of calories?
Enough exercise?
I would also love to hear from people who have lost weight and have been able to keep it off, how did you do it?

Height: 5'7.5" (171 cm)

First, at almost 5'8" are you sure 120 is a reasonable goal? If you're doing strength training 5 to 6 days a week, you are likely going to be leaner and fitter but not necessarily seeing a number drop on the scale. I think measurements and body fat % might be better measures of success at this point in your journey.
The only real suggestion aside from that is to add some variety to your diet, watch your sugars and sodium and make sure you're getting enough fat and protein for your body to do what it needs to do.0
