I had my first child a couple months ago, and I need to get back in shape. I wasn't thin before I got pregnant, but I was definitely in much better shape before, and working towards my goal weight. Now that the baby is here, I'm really noticing how different I feel, even from my pre-baby weight- I'm still 20lbs away from that!
