Yes I did say "100" ..100 pound that is. LOL..
I'm going to lose 100 pounds and I will keep going till it is done.

5ft 1 , 40 year old Mother of 3 . I'm going to stay focus, great attitude and keep moving forward. Join me with this health quest... we only have one life to live,one body to show off , might as well live it right and go to the max!! You are not living to make anyone else happy .But,yourself .Do it for you :)
