Just had to brag a little, I have been running for a bit but I just completed my first race this weekend, my time wasn't fantastic but it wasn't bad either (35:26). Here I was before -

And here I am, a sweaty mess at the end of the race -

Brilliant that you ran a 5k race; brilliant that you have had this weight loss; that you have done this whilst mothering 4 children, that is truly an achievement and shows that it can be done. You look amazing, congratulations, and thanks for sharing :flowerforyou: these inspirational stories are so motivating for the rest of us still getting there.

I love the bit where you say you stopped saying "I can't" and said "I won't" and then got mad at yourself and DID it  such a great mind set change

You lost 165 pounds and just ran your first race, and you're sheepish about your time?!

    Girl, you WON that race!

LOL I know I should not worry about the time, I am just crazy competitive LOL Which is kinda good since it keeps me motivated :)

and a BIG thank you to everyone else, your comments have truly just made my day.
