Recent Knee Injury. How to still exercise??

I recently had to get 9 stitches in my knee, so I can't bend it until I get the stitches taken out in two weeks. This seems to ruin all my usual plans for physical activity (racquetball and going to the gym). Any suggestions on how to keep working towards my goal while I'm recovering?

work your upper body to keep some of the strength up there. also, you can do leg lifts and heal pumps. those will help keep the muscles in your legs working hard. not a terrible amount you can do, but these little things will make a big difference when you eventually get back to the gym.
