Hi! I am 24 years old. Overall in my weight loss journey I have lost 49 lbs. I am guilty of depriving myself of anything unhealthy for a week, then gorging myself with pizza, fast food, etc. and fluctuating my weight.

This time around, I'd like to track my food with this site, and really focus on portion control. I am going to try not to deprive myself of yummy foods in the hopes of eliminating those nights of too much pizza because I haven't had it in so long.

I think I do that because I like to see results on the scale quickly so I try to go overboard. I am going to just shoot for 2.5 lbs per week. I am 5'9 and 311 lbs, so I think 2.5 lbs per week is doable and healthy for me.

If anyone is in my situation or needs support I'd like to keep in touch on progress. I don't have many female friends anymore let alone someone trying to lose weight and get healthy.
