Insanity and calories...

I have my MFP to lose a pound a week and it was saying I needed to eat 1490 in calories. I'm on month two of Insanity and am burning between 500-1000 calories a workout. I weigh 141-143 and am 5'4". I'm only wanting to drop 10 more pounds at the most b/c of my build. I do my best to eat the 1490 and I just seen that if I'm only wanting to lose 10 pounds to drop it to a 1/2 lb loss a week and that bumped me up to 1750 now should I just eat 1750 or eat back my exercise calories as well? And if I do eat my exercise calories back then how much of that should i eat?

    I would eat them all. Feed your body so it can work for you.
    Eat 1750 caloriess NET of good healthy food, and if you need ideas to Fill the quota: think almonds, nut butters, real butter ( no fat free, chemical laiden crap)
