Just realized that I'm allergic to ibuprofen. I knew I was allergic to Aleve many years ago but this is new. My face starts to swell and break out. Ouch!
So, what do you take for muscle pain? I've also read that you shouldn't take aspirin if you have an ibuprofen allergy. Before the dr. comments start....I'm seeing him the end of the week. I'm just curious what you take?

The only thing I know of that people with NSAID allergies take for mild pain is tylenol. I'd probably hold off taking anything, though, until talking with the doctor in a few days since he or she will have your full medical history. In general, I don't take anything for muscle aches. I just rest the sore muscles.0

If you can't take ibuprofen or aspirin, there isn't much left, is there? I imagine I'd take Tylenol. You know you can call a pharmacist for this.0
