I made this the other night and it is filling but flavorful. My kids and husband even liked it.

2 Shells - 352 Calories

10 Jumbo Shells
Lite Cream Cheese (1 8 oz. pkg)
Black olives chopped (i use about 10)
5 tbsp chopped onion
2 cloves of garlic, minced
Spaghetti sauce - 2.5 cups
1/2 cup mozarella cheese
2 tbsp basil

Mixture: mix cream cheese, onion, black olives, basil and garlic in a small bowl.

Preparation:
Preheat oven to about 300%
Cook jumbo shells and drain. I put them upside down on a papertowel for a few minutes. This also allows them to cool for handling.
Pour enough sauce on the bottom of a baking dish to cover (I use a quiche dish). Add cream cheese mixture to shell and place in baking dish on top of sauce. Pour remaining sauce over shells and top with mozzarella cheese.
Place in oven until sauce is warm (you could also warm up sauce prior to putting in oven to save time) and mozzarella cheese is melted.

Serve with salad and green beans!

Here are the calories for the shells:

Davinci - Jumbo Shells, 2.5 shell 100
Kroger - Cream Cheese -Lite-Plain , 4 Tbsp 120
Kroger - Black Olives - Small Pitted, 1.5 olives
Onions - Raw, 0.5 tbsp chopped 2 1
Garlic - Raw, 1 tsp 4
Ragu Chunky - Spaghetti Sauce Tomato Onion Garlic, 0.5 cup 80
Kroger - Mozzarella - Shredded - Low Moisture Part Skim, 0.1 cup 40
Total: 352

You are all very welcome. I have been a SAHM for a couple of years now and I am fortunate enough to be able to spend time cooking and have become creative over the past year or so. A lot of my recipes come from the times when our pantry and fridge are low and it's almost payday so I have to throw things together with what I have. As a result, this is one of them....I really hope you all enjoy!
