Went on a hike today, figured I'd share
    13599033_8810.jpg

where's that at? it's very pretty

The ice bergs broke up entering "Quidi Vidi's Gut" near St. John's Newfoundland (Canada) :) There were some people who swam out in (likely) below zero water temperatures to climb up it and jump off the top: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_vHbdakzPPU

    that is awesome

St. John's is one of the nicest places I've ever been to in the world. So pretty up there
You're crazy  I just went swimming in Florida with Manatees in December, I highly recommend for the amazing wow factor. I got hugged and pulled around by a wild several ton wild mammal. I'd be floating there and they'd want their belly rubbed or head scratched or they'd grab you with their little elephant nails and pull you around.

I see your Manatee and raise you a Whale Shark. I dove with them off the coast of Okinawa, Was a lot of fun too. Still think its nice up north.

OMG!!!! That is freakin' amazing!!!! I'm envious. What were they like? Manatees are utterly cuddly. They seriously repeatedly pass you upside-down to get their tummy rubbed.
I got nothing to top that, maybe petting a master*ating Kangaroo?

this is Margaret the giraffe... she lives at the bronx zoo.... if you google her you can find videos of her playing with a peacock and chasing a butterfly.

I can't even get photobucket to even upload the pictures. I have deactivated my account and will try to open a new one. My account was super old and maybe it just didn't catch up to their new settings???? Just deactivated yesterday so I am going to try in a couple days.

That was so cute! Especially when it was jumping at the peacock like a dog! Thanks.

Anyone been to a butterfly exhibit?....

...While I was admiring a butterfly a little one landed next to it....so the bigger one grabbed it's wings and turned the little one sideways. While the little one flailed about trying to get away the big one stomped on it a few times...Butterflies are mean!
