I'm down to my last pounds and all that's really left is body fat - mainly in my thighs and lower belly!
I was wondering what are the BEST workouts for losing belly fat besides running? I want to do more than running since I can't run for too long (only 15-20 mins). Can the elliptical, bike and other cardio equipment replace running?
