gluten free recipes

I'm allergic to gluten n lactose intolerant. Any good recipes?

    Same here! I stick to mainly chicken, fruits, and veggies and try to get my carbs through pure oat oatmeal in the morning and some gluten free bread to make an open faced sandwich for lunch. Rice is great because it is so versatile and can be used as the main dish in a stir fry or as a side with some lean meats and veggies. I found that being allergic to gluten keeps me away from a lot of sweets but sometimes i find it hard to meet my calorie intake for the day because there are so many carbs i can't have!
  • Exactly! Thats the challlenges I have. Sometimes I cheat and gave gluten foid but suffer later. I cant get into fruits. Gave a hard time. But oatmeal shake in the morning I make at times..

    Raw oatmeal in a blender
    Milk or soy
    Flexseed
    Psyillium husk
    Honey
    Cinnamon........mmmmm Soo good
    Its great to take to go..

    mm that sounds awesome! I'll have to try that tomorrow instead of my regular oatmeal and fruit!
    Maybe try some completely new random fruits? You never know what you may like!
